Welcome to Wellness Rewards! Here is important information about your membership:

Wellness Rewards is Not a Regulated Insurance Product

Your Wellness Rewards may be used immediately, with your $25 credit automatically added to your plan.

It’s a flexible pet wellness membership program that helps you budget for everyday preventative, veterinary, training, and grooming costs not covered by your pet insurance policy.

Wellness Rewards Terms of Service

Any unused amount of the annual maximum will not roll over and is non-refundable.
Your full Wellness Rewards maximum may be used immediately. Since it is not insurance, there is no deductible or co-payments. However, if you use more Rewards than you’ve paid into the program for membership dues and cancel early, we may collect any outstanding balance.
Wellness Rewards is a separate product from our accident and illness insurance policy. Therefore, Wellness Rewards claims do not count toward your insurance deductible.
