Neapolitan Mastiff Tears Cruciate Ligament (ACL)

Background

Young Neapolitan Mastiff, Bane, was on vacation, loving life and playing with another family dog when his trip took a turn. After a game of chase, Bane began limping. With big dogs come big problems: Bane's poor mom had to drive 2 hours to find a veterinary hospital that could fit all 160 lbs of cuddlebug into its x-ray machine! The result: a torn ACL. Bane's knee would need to be surgically repaired by a specialist. After a $3,125.41 knee surgery, Bane is on the mend. We're certainly glad we could help pay for his medical and surgical bills and get this handsome guy back into the game.
